This website (srivaishnavi.org) is owned and operated by Sri Vaishnavi (“the Trust”, “we”, “us”), a registered public charitable trust established in 2004, with its office at D.No 18-646, P.H. Road, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India. Our PAN is AAETS6561Q.
2. Use of the website
By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and that you will use it only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful code, interfere with the site’s operation, or provide false information when making a donation.
3. Donations
All donations to the Trust are voluntary and support our charitable objectives — Annadhanam (free meals), education, healthcare and rural welfare. Donations are not made in exchange for any goods or services and confer no ownership, membership or commercial rights.

4. Payments
Online payments are processed through our payment gateway Razorpay, subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers. A payment is treated as successful only after server-side verification with the gateway.
5. Trust Wallet and campaigns
The Sri Vaishnavi Trust Wallet is an independent prepaid balance for eligible Sri Vaishnavi campaigns. The minimum top-up is ₹51. Wallet top-ups and campaign participation payments are not donations, do not automatically qualify for an 80G receipt, and cannot be used on Vihar Tours campaigns or promotional wallets.
A campaign payment is confirmed only when the full required amount is available. Cancelled eligible campaign payments are restored to the same Trust Wallet.
6. Donation receipts & 80G
On successful receipt of a donation, we issue a donation receipt to the contact details you provide. Donations to the Trust may be eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to applicable rules. Contact us if you require an 80G receipt.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and the Trust name — is the property of the Trust or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Trust shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh.
