Delivery Policy

Sri Vaishnavi is a charitable organisation. Direct donations, Trust Wallet top-ups and campaign participation are handled digitally. Accordingly, no physical products are sold, shipped or delivered, and no shipping charges apply unless a specific campaign explicitly states otherwise.

Upon a successful donation, a donation receipt is delivered electronically to the email address you provide, generally within 3–5 business days. If you requested an 80G certificate, it is sent to the same address after verification. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

Successful Trust Wallet top-ups are credited digitally after payment verification. Successful campaign participation is shown in your Trust dashboard and entries page. No physical ticket or product is shipped unless a specific campaign explicitly says otherwise.
